At the end of September, Alpha Navigation proudly took part in the annual Seaspan Forum 2025, hosted by our esteemed partner Seaspan Ship Management Ltd. The event took place in Bucharest, Romania, on September 29–30, gathering together Seaspan’s senior management, partners, and seafarers.

What an inspiring two days! 🫶 The forum was not just another formal gathering, but a vibrant exchange of knowledge and experience. Seafarers from Alpha Navigation were actively engaged – bringing forward innovative ideas, fresh perspectives, and valuable suggestions on safety onboard. Their voices and participation reminded us once again that the heart of shipping is the people at sea. 🌊

 On October 5th, Alpha Navigation proudly hosted the International Seafarer's Forum in Burgas, Bulgaria – a day that brought together maritime professionals, cadets, and future seafarers for connection, inspiration, and shared experience.The event featured a vibrant mix of activities: insightful industry talks, friendly football and tennis matches, and relaxed evening networking over well-earned cold drinks.

 On April 26, Alpha Navigation held its International Seafarers’ Forum in Burgas, Bulgaria – an extraordinary event that exceeded all expectations. The forum featured engaging discussions on key maritime industry topics, a friendly football tournament, tennis master classes, and a lively beer party.

🎉 Today, as Alpha Navigation celebrates its 28th anniversary, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude and pride on the incredible journey that began in 1997. What started as a vision has grown into a global leader in maritime human resources – a company recognized and trusted by the most prestigious names in the shipping world.

 The seminar brought together maritime professionals and partners for insightful discussions on industry trends, operational updates, safety at sea, seafarers’ well-being, and future collaboration. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen our long-standing partnership with Portline Bulk International and to exchange ideas in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. Bogdan Zelenski, founder of Alpha Navigation, was among the speakers at the seminar.

On April 10, the National Maritime Academy hosted a strategic meeting between the Academy’s leadership and representatives of leading crewing agencies and maritime organizations. At the heart of the agenda was a matter of critical importance: ensuring high-quality at-sea training and working for the next generation of cadets.

Seaspan Ship Management recently marked its 25th anniversary with a heartwarming celebration, bringing together long-standing partners, including Alpha Navigation, and dedicated seafarers for a special family-themed teambuilding event.

 Today, March 28, our team had the pleasure of attending the employment forum hosted by Batumi State Maritime Academy (Georgia). It was inspiring to meet so many enthusiastic and ambitious cadets eager to embark on their maritime careers.   We have numerous opportunities available for both deck and engine cadets, offering hands-on experience with some of the most reputable shipowners in the industry. We look forward to seeing you on board soon, setting sail toward a successful future in the commercial fleet!

Today, we are at the Swire Group Seafarers' Conference in Istanbul. Since the majority of our seafarers have been with the group for more than 10 years, and some for over 20, the round-table sessions have been extremely engaging. All participants have a lot to share and discuss in a productive and constructive manner.
