A Crew Manager has the overall responsibility for crew planning and operation functions of seafarers, including all manning requirements of each individual vessel and seafarer. All of which being in compliance with the regulatory requirements.

An ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, verbal and writing, and have confirmations of crewing / manning experience.

The Crew Manager’s assistant has the overall responsibility looking for new seafarers, checking their previous experience, helping a crew manager with planning and operation functions of seafarers, including all manning requirements of each individual vessel and seafarer.
