On the Same Course – Alpha Navigation at Seaspan Forum 2025
At the end of September, Alpha Navigation proudly took part in the annual Seaspan Forum 2025, hosted by our esteemed partner Seaspan Ship Management Ltd. The event took place in Bucharest, Romania, on September 29–30, gathering together Seaspan’s senior management, partners, and seafarers.
The forum once again proved to be more than just a corporate meeting – it was a platform for open dialogue, learning, and inspiration. Over the course of two days, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on maritime safety, including advanced cyber security measures, reviewed last year’s key achievements in fleet operations and crew wellbeing, and explored plans for the future.
One of the highlights of the event was the award ceremony honoring seafarers for their years of loyal service within the Seaspan fleet. The Alpha Navigation team was thrilled to see our seafarers recognized for their dedication and hard work. In particular, Master Serhiy Gayevyk, Chief Engineer Oleksiy Lyubimov, and Chief Engineer Vasyl Vorontsov were presented with awards for their many years of committed service and outstanding contribution.
Master Serhiy Gayevyk has been sailing with Seaspan and Alpha Navigation for 10 years.
Chief Engineer Oleksiy Lyubimov has also marked 10 years with both Seaspan and Alpha Navigation.
Chief Engineer Vasyl Vorontsov stands out with an impressive 20 years of service with Alpha Navigation and 10 years with Seaspan.
Their remarkable loyalty and professionalism perfectly reflect the values that define our long-term partnership.
