The agency is very competent in the training of seafarers, you can ask for advice at any time and get recommendations quickly, there are different types of ships. I have been working in the agency for a short time, in the "MAERSK" department, I am very satisfied with the working conditions, the duration of the contracts and the salary. I will be happy to cooperate in the future.

After almost 15 years of services provided by Alpha Navigation Crewing Company, the following points can be summarised: timely and sufficient information about the possibilities of joining the vessels for various ranks, assistance in preparation for joining the vessel, transportation to and from the port of embarkation/disembarkation, detailed information about the crew on board the vessel, assistance in attending various courses required for a particular position, assistance in obtaining visas, including booking hotels, etc.

I've been working with Alpha Navigation since 2007. I'm more than satisfied with the service they provide. First of all, the staff is qualified and friendly. Secondly, their service is free. In my opinion it is one of the best crewing agency in Ukraine.

I was employed via Alpha Navigation one contract and he was short due to my family circumstances. 
So I can't say much about but for this short time Alpha Navigation was always enough responsive and effective since I contacted with them. There was no any means to prevent or deter me from employment, no any fees or other charges for my recruitment. My contract was terminate as I mentioned earlier and Shipowner compensate to my all my monetary costs. 

I incredibly glad, that made my first contract from Alpha Navigation. Service on a highest level. I finished my contract very successfully and hope that i again will go the next contract from Alpha Navigation.
